Eight inch pan being used for Weber Wsm smoker to hold wood chunks : La Paella Carbon Steel Paella Pan, 24-Inch
I have the 18.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain smoker.
I bought this and an extra charcoal grate for on top of the Ring.
Hopefully I will place wood chunks in this pan over top of the heated coals (extra grate sitting on top of the Ring).
This way I can in effect add chunks of hickory or apple to the smoker through the access door if I need to do that.
