This pan will not fit in a normal oven. We recommend ordering a paella burner and tripod as well. Our "Pata Negra" pans are twice as thick and heavy as our normal steel pans. You can use this paella pan either on top of the stove or on an outdoor grill.As you use your steel paella pan it will become seasoned: changing color and absorbing more flavors as you continue to cook with it.
